Beginning earlier in the planning journey allows us to provide a significantly higher level of service, more thoughtful design guidance, and a far more seamless overall experience.

Roots To Stems specializes in the Orlando Florida wedding market. Our network, our trusted vendors and our team all reside in the Central Florida area. This is where our greatest expertise lies and where you can most benefit from us being your wedding planners.
Although we do not do out of state weddings, we do operate all over in the Central Florida area including Orlando and the Greater Orlando footprint, Tampa, New Smyrna, Deland, Kissimmee, Lakeland, St. Augustine, and more!

We provide structure, design direction, and ongoing support—ensuring you feel confident in your decisions while still maintaining a hands-on role.
Our Full Service Planning Package, on the other hand, is a more comprehensive and immersive experience. We take the lead on all aspects of planning and design—from initial concept development and vendor sourcing to full-scale event management—allowing you to be more removed from the logistics and fully present in the experience.
In short, Partial Planning is collaborative and hands-on, while Full Service is more comprehensive and concierge-level, offering a higher level of involvement, management, and creative direction from our team.
